**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Promotional Materials Management**_
- Act as a marketing collateral liaison between the department and the markets
- Install monthly marketing collateral and monitor marketing displays
- Monitor and adjust marketing collateral amounts and needs
- Fulfill marketing collateral store requests and monitor marketing collateral inventory
- Create, update and maintain a Marketing Materials Standards Guide
- Printer relations and collateral pickup support
- **Price Signage Support**_
- Monitor and assist with market level pricing signage requests
- Work cross-departmentally with our purchasing department and support as needed
- Organize print orders and implementation of this signage
- **General Messaging Signage Support**_
- Monitor and assist with the creation of general messaging signage
- Manage all in-house made signage requests
- Organize print orders and implementation of this signage
- **Birthday Rewards Program Coordination**_
- Coordination of monthly loyalty program birthday reward customer list
- Ensure accuracy and organize printing of birthday reward mailed cards
- **ROOTS Corporate Social Responsibility Program Coordination**_
- Monitor incoming donation requests
- Present requests and seek approval
- Coordinate donation fulfillments
- **Assist in Digital Screen Management**_
- Assist in updating digital screens on a monthly or bi-monthly basis
- **Company Website Product Maintenance**_
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, sizing and pricing
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of product photos and missing images
- Assist in product photography, editing and uploading
- **Company Website Content Maintenance**_
- Assist with content updates for monthly marketing campaigns
- Assist in maintenance of web content accuracy (recipes, hours of operation, et.,)
- **Internal Communications Support**_
- Assist in collecting and conveying marketing communication strategies to the wider Sunterra Market team
- Monthly Rollout presentation assistance
- **Social Media Imagery Support**_
- Assist in taking photos for our social media platforms
- Travel to our 9 markets and events to collect visual content
- Schooling in Marketing and Communications is an asset
- Experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Strong Social Media presence and experience
- Ability to travel to our 9 markets, printers, events, etc.,
- High-level productivity and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with varying project deadlines
- Ability to be successful in both independent and collaborative work environments
