**We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Representative who is ready to take on the challenge of building a sales department and participating in the growth of a Montreal-based tech company. The Business Development Representative is responsible for selling HalfSerious' services. She or He prospects for new leads, attends international industry conferences and establishes strategic partnerships and relations with the goal of signing new clients.

**Experience & qualifications**:

- 5 years of professional sales experience (B2B)
- Experience prospecting and cold calling into a large list of accounts
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience with a CRM (Hubspot or similar) - an asset
- Experience in the tech service industry - an asset

**Challenge**:

- Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities (events, LinkedIn, phone calls, meetings)
- Attend international industry conferences and meetings with the goal of signing new clients
- Respond and qualify inbound inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and activities with the intent to book sales meetings

Le représentant au développement des affaires est chargé de vendre les services de HalfSerious. Il ou elle prospecte de nouvelles opportunités, assiste aux conférences internationales de l'industrie et établit des partenariats et des relations stratégiques dans le but de signer de nouveaux clients.

**Expérience & qualifications**:

- 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente professionnelle (B2B)
- Expérience de la prospection et de la sollicitation directe d'une liste importante de comptes.
- Bilingue (français/anglais)
- Expérience avec un CRM (Hubspot ou similaire) - un atout
- Expérience dans l'industrie des services technologiques - un atout
