Order Desk/product Specialist

We are looking to expand our team and welcome a motivated and responsible employee to perform a variety of customer service and inside sales duties

**As an Order Desk and Product Specialist Representative your responsibilities may include**:

- Preparing reports and keeping organized, detailed notes pertaining to sales and customer account data
- Prepare presentation materials or documents as required by management
- Maintain database systems and inventories
- Respond to queries from other employees in a timely manner
- Entering sales orders, quotations
- Creating submittal packages for projects in our industry
- Communicate with customers and employees, responding to any queries or complaints

**Requirements include**:

- High school diploma, with relevant experience
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Software, including Dynamics 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a ‘can do” attitude
- Customer service and sales orientated
- Construction knowledge and logistics experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
