**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and update orders in the system and verify product availability.
- Communicate with customers about order status, pricing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Generate invoices, shipping documents, and handle returns or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
- Support inventory tracking and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding order status, inquiries, deliveries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Generate daily and weekly reports as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Highly fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or order desk experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
