FMF Glass Hardware is currently seeking a full-time front desk associate to join our team. A very team driven company with a lot of room for growth. We are expanding our team as we are transitioning into a new side of the industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist visitors/customers
- Using the computer to generate reports, sales, inventory etc.
- Answering questions, and addressing complaints
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Training to familiarize in superior product knowledge
- Introducing promotions, opportunities, and cross-selling products to customers
Requirements Include:
- Prior customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Attention to fine detail
- Desire to be proactive and take initiative
- Professional appearance
- The ability to stand, walk, and may have to carry weight up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping
- Highschool diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic accounting knowledge & skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
Most importantly, our team members intend to work with us in a long-term scope.
This position would require working from Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
PLEASE NOTE:
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED (PREFERABBLY IN A SIMILAR FIELD)
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
