**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking orders over the phone from customers and sales reps
- Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to management.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and work well within a team environment.
- Any other applicable responsibilities

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a warehouse worker (experience with specific warehouse software systems may be preferred).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Basic math and recording abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience operating a forklift safely; certification is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency for data entry and warehouse operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with inventory tracking systems (e.g., WMS, ERP software).
- Familiarity with barcode scanners for inventory management.
- Experience handling shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight).
- Full G license and Driving for Deliveries is an asset

**Working Conditions**:
This position requires the ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. The Order Desk and Warehouse Associate will be required to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time and work on a screen.

- Forklift: 1 year (required)
- Warehouse management system: 2 years (preferred)
- Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
- Barcode Scanner: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 2 years (required)
- Order fulfillment: 2 years (preferred)
- Order picker: 2 years (preferred)
