Reporting the Accounting and Systems Analyst, the Financial Operations Coordinator will support Wuxly’s Finance team by processing transactions, managing records, and ensuring accuracy across financial operations. This role is critical in maintaining smooth financial workflows and providing a high level of transparency and reporting to Wuxly’s leadership, ultimately helping us achieve our organizational goals.
This position is a full time role. The work location is Wuxly's office and warehouse, in Mississauga.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Exemplify Wuxly’s core values in all interactions and communications, both internally and externally.
- Ensure compliance with all Wuxly Way processes
- Ensure ERP system (Odoo) is being utilized with all relevant aspects of this role
- Ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance in all relevant aspects of this role
- Upload bills into Wuxly Odoo, and reconcile them with internal Purchase Orders
- Process invoices, payments, employee expenses, and financial transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounts, manage discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across all systems (Odoo, Shopify, AP, AR)
- Create and send customer invoices, and follow up on accounts receivable
- Review taxable sales and purchases for HST return
- Regularly post payroll journal entries
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments

**Profile And Qualifications We’re Looking For**:

- College diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in financial process oriented role
- Experience in utilizing an ERP system in key aspects of previous roles (Odoo preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability
