**Location**: This is a Hybrid role which will require occasional same-day travel across the Ontario region and occasional overnight travel to Western Canada. The remainder of the time will be spent at the incumbent’s home office.

**Position Summary**:
The project coordinator is a member of the Canada Regional Team and supports Management by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for specific projects and/or company-wide initiatives.
The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, key tasks, and determine any risks associated with the project. The project coordinator must ensure the project framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This includes communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is aligned.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviews project specifications and related documentation in order to understand the scope of the project.
- Executes a variety of administrative tasks such as creating spreadsheets and revising documents.
- Manages project-related documents such as the project plan, schedule, and scope, as directed by Management.
- Monitors documentation work flow to ensure all required documentation is completed, processed, submitted, and/or filed as required by the terms of the contract and Company procedures.
- Schedules meetings and facilitates communication between the Managers and key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Monitors project progress and creates project status reports for Management.
- Other administrative and coordinator duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- Project management certification an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, most notably Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- The ability to partake in same-day travel across the Ontario region and occasional overnight travel to Western Canada.
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
