**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Utilize project management tools such as ProCore and HeavyBid to track project progress and manage resources.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Support the estimating process by gathering data for construction bids and proposals.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, planswift or Autodesk Construction cloud.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
