**Budget Car & Truck Rental requires an Administrative Coordinator** - full-time day position Monday-Friday

Reporting to Senior Management, the Administrative Coordinator will coordinate and assist with Administrative duties ensuring customer satisfaction externally as well as internally with all departments.

**Business Development**
- Key working relationships will involve interaction with all levels of Management and all departments.
- Maintain and build relationships with all long-term renters to increase the rental division with maximum customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with Revenue Manager to determine and establish correct pricing levels based on supply and demand at the locations, specifically for truck fleet

**Customer Service**
- Consistently deliver a level of service that meets/exceeds customer expectations and standards.
- Assist, as required, with emergency roadside service calls, vehicle exchanges, lost and found inquiries and any other needs. Resolve customer complaints within the authority as determined by Senior Managers to ensure every effort is made to have satisified customers by the end of each call. Properly qualify all customers in the event of breakdowns in accordance with prescribed breakdown guidelines and policy.
- Assist Customer Service Representatives with counter sales by providing information on available specialty vehicles while retaining the proper amount of these vehicles for existing reservations (ie. block booking for specialty units)

- Car and Truck utilization
