**Administrative Assistant**

As an Administrative Coordinator, you play a direct role in speaking with our clients and working with our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data entry
- Gathering information for quotes
- Job setup
- Other duties as assigned
Previous experience with Excel, data entry, Quickbooks, would be an asset.
