Your role will involve:

- Providing a warm welcome to clients, guiding them through their tax returns, and assisting with necessary documentation.
- Tackling various office tasks including filing, data entry, handling phone calls, processing mail, and record-keeping.
- Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations, with a focus on tax preparation.
- Collaborating with our team to enhance administrative processes and client services, aiming for peak efficiency and satisfaction.
