**We are a small local security alarm company looking to hire one Office Administrator and one Bookkeeper to complete our office team.**

**Office Administration/Data Entry**:
Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Recording details of customer correspondence daily
- Scheduling and mangin appointments for technicians' installations and service jobs
- Entering in new customer data into various databases as well as submitting permit forms
- Responsible for making changes to customers' accounts daily
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment orders

Qualifications:

- Criminal Record check required
- Proven experience in an administrative role and customer service is an asset
- Proficiency in using phone systems and Microsoft (Word and Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently with the team

**Bookkeeping/Accountant**:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual with previous accounting/bookkeeping experience with an excellent attention to detail. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for manaing accounts payable and receivable, managing financial records and reconcilitations.

**Duties**:

- Managing accouts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and bank reconciliations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Managing and distributing payroll
- Corresponding promptly with customers regarding billing

Qualifications:

- Criminal Record check is required
- Proficient in SAGE software
- Current Office Administrator/Clerk with previous bookkeeping experience
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with incoming tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively to the team
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a requirement

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
