However, other departments, as well, rely on you to assist. If you take pride in attention to detail, can take direction easily and have a keen desire to make an impact by how you deliver to your role. This position could be for you.

**Note: This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, in-person at the office.**
**Remote work is not possible for this role.**

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
**General**
- Actively promote the PC Corp Mission, Vision and Values.

**Office Administration**
- Effectively and independently manage the tasks necessary to deliver a well-maintained office space that is functional and reflects professionalism.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as per existing process.
- Contribute to housekeeping duties.

**Customer Service**

As the primary member of Frontline Team:

- Manage telephone reception, including, redirection and/or triaging of incoming calls as needed.
- Manage client and vendor arrival and departures.
- Process client product being picked up or dropped off at front desk.

**HR Administration**
- Assist in the process and delivery of staff anniversary lists and staff absence calendar.
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with job postings and related processes.
- Modify and implement changes to company forms, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with creation and promotion of internal health-focused activities.
- Support the HR Manager in other HR-related duties as required.

**Finance**
- Assist with cheque deposits.
- Assist with data entry into business software.
- Assist with invoice templating.
- Assist Finance with other duties as required.

**Marketing**
- Assist with event coordination.
- Manage promotional stock and creation of client packages.
- Assist with creation and placement of signage.
- Assist with seasonal activities both internal and external.
- Assist in miscellaneous marketing tasks as required.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Office/HR Administration education OR 3-5 years of office administrative experience
- Good telephone communication etiquette
- Customer-focused
- Active listener
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivation and willingness to be accountable for your actions
- Proficient at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
- Computer and internet savvy
- Social media experience is a bonus
