HR Administrator

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Complete full cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions while working directly with the hiring manager to update position descriptions, postings, pre-screening, booking interviews, interviewing, offers, etc.
- Work closely with the Manager, Human Resources with various HR projects, initiatives and program audits
- Daily Reception Coverage
- **Perform various administrative functions for HR and general administration as required**:
- Maintain all employee files and employee information as required and legislated
- **Perform other duties or assist with special projects as required**:
- Represent Ketek in a light that is commensurate with the values of Management and the Corporate Vision and Mission Statements
**Working Conditions**:
- Office environment
- Required to handle confidential information
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A minimum of 2 years Administration experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in HR
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
