**About the Role**:
**Location**:36 Ave & 8th St, Nisku

**Hours**:Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

**Pay**:$23.25 / hour

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Operations Administrator plays a key role in building a culture of connection at HelloFresh. You will be an important part of the HR team working closely with operations managers and the HR team to assist in running day-to-day operations and our team members to feel supported.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for office administration tasks including ordering office supplies, managing kitchen supplies and maintaining vendor management relationships
- Provides day to day support for HR team including administration of jacket, locker, safety shoe, access cards and donation policies and procedures as needed
- Supports the DC in establishing a positive and engaging workplace culture by taking the lead on engagement activities and leading the social committee.
- Supports HR by acting as a first point of contact for Hourly employees and actively participating in conversations on production floor
- Maintains communications channels including updating TV Screens, posters and bulletin boards throughout the facility
- Provides day to day support for operations including data entry for all departments as needed
- Supports the administration and planning for Time Management and Scheduling
- Responsible for Agency employee orientation and coordinate trainings with Operations team
- Contributes to continuous improvement and special projects to drive efficiencies and optimization within the HR team and DC operations
- Other duties as assigned

**At a minimum, you have**:

- Post-secondary education in Arts or Business
- Excellent customer service and enthusiasm for connecting with employees including the ability to explain systems, processes and bridge communication gaps
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, especially as it relates to sensitive employee information
- High attention to detail and accuracy, plus excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced ever-changing work environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening and proofreading
- Experience planning and organizing social events
- Ability to demonstrate good, sound judgment and work independently with minimum direction or supervision
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
