**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative **Food Expeditor** to ensure dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered with precision. This role bridges the gap between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring smooth communication and flawless food presentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Decorate and finalize food presentation with creativity.
- Accurately pass orders and special requests between the waitstaff and kitchen.
- Prioritize orders to maintain efficiency and minimize delays.
- Inspect plated dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before delivery.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food prep and dishwashing areas.
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Prepare garnishes and plating components for smooth operations during the shift.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and awareness of food allergies.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays when needed.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or as a food expeditor is an asset.
- **Bonus**: Knowledge of Thai cuisine and plating styles.
