**Position Summary**:
The Food and Beverage Food Runner is responsible for quickly delivering food from kitchen to table while following health and safety guidelines. They will strive for excellence and create memorable dining experiences for our members and their guests in every interaction.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Setup side stations and pantry according to daily reservations and operational needs.
- Opening duties include setting up an expo station and ensure a fully stocked pantry for service.
- Coordinate with kitchen expo and front-of-the-house staff to ensure that all food orders are correct.
- Taking completed orders from the kitchen, placing plates on a clean, sanitized service tray, and delivering food to the table.
- Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen service and pantry area during your shift.
- Reviews any dietary or allergy requests and double-checks to ensure accuracy.
- Monitors food quality and presentation standards as outlined by Executive Chef.
- Keep tables, dining areas and other food & beverage areas clean.
- Attend pre-shift meetings, as required.
- Record and verbalize daily food and beverage specials.
- Perform additional duties, including setting up and clearing tables, replenishing condiments, and stocking service areas with supplies.
- Closing duties include wiping, clearing stations, restocking condiments and preparing for the next shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
