Salary: Base $60,000 a year + tips and others (can be discussed further) Schedule: Weekend available and 5 days of the week Job requirement: - Able to communicate in English - Have prior experience working in restaurant Job description: - Responsible for supervision and management of our 28 seat restaurant - Provide training to new hires to meet standards of the restaurant - Work as part of the line in the kitchen in order to ensure standards and hygiene of the food - Assist in all operations > this includes daily cash, payroll, recruitment, inventory, labour costs, food costs, training and scheduling - Manage the floor while on shift - this includes ensuring all team members are following the restaurant standards, assisting on the kitchen with cooking, expo, and customer satisfaction **Salary**: $60,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Tips **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Store discount Schedule: - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
