**Office Manager**

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Bi-Weekly payroll for 12-13 staff, including commission cheques for sales department.
- Prepare and submit monthly HST/GST, and Payroll deductions.
- Prepare and submit quarterly WSIB payments.
- Prepare and print accurate monthly financial reports including: Customer statements, balance sheet & income statements.
- Contribute to the control of department and company expenses by managing GL accounts.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and assist with preparation of weekly bank deposits.
- Accounts payable
- Complete all monthly payables to meet vendor deadlines.
- Manage preparation of retail finance contracts, and settlements of sold units.
- Participate in monthly financial meetings to review prior months numbers.
- Prepare month end, and fiscal year end reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Office manager, Office administrator or relevant role
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, etc.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. Computers, printers, fax machines etc)
- Payroll experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Date entry experience
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Post Secondary in a related field, or equivalent experience.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
