**Office Manager/Administrator**

**Oshawa, ON**

We are seeking an Office Manager/Administrator to join our team. You will perform critical assistance and administrative functions, as well as contribute to the final report documents, in order to drive company success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the project/assignment process
- Reply to inbound telephone calls, inquiries, customer service
- Marketing campaign support
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems, internal databases
- Perform other office tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration, Real Estate or Law is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Word and Excel
- Above average* English communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and conciseness
- The ability and desire to provide exceptional Customer Service

We believe in the **four-day work week**, hence the position expectation is weekly Mondays to Thursdays. The evidence suggests improved productivity and better work-life balance. There is potential for the position to be developed into more hours in the future, if desired, with expansion of responsibilities and contributions.
