**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain executive staff calendar regarding meetings, appointments and screen calls and visitors, being mindful of established priorities.
- Schedule and make all necessary arrangements for meetings and conferences such as the preparation and distribution of agenda and handouts, acquiring of meeting room and handling refreshments, accommodation, notification of participants, arranging for audiovisual or other equipment, preparing and issuing meeting notices, typing of minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.
- Take ownership of and manage administrative functions within the office, including coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and handling key organizational tasks that support the smooth functioning of office activities.

**Skills**
- 2-5 years of experience in an executive administrative support role (required)
- Exceptional leadership and ability to work in a face-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with flexible hours required to meet deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven communication proficiency
- Highly driven with a strong sense of initiative
- Analytical and strategic thinker with great decision-making capabilities, highly organized, proactive nature and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
