**Overview**

The Saskatchewan Research Council’s (SRC) Research and Technology-Lab Services Division has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join the Environmental Analytical Laboratories.

**Accountabilities**
- Communicate with clients regarding analytical testing requirements
- Provide administrative support to the lab, including reception duties, data entry, report preparation, and updating purchase orders and invoices
- Provide liaison services for internal and external clients and respond accurately to inquiries

**Qualifications**
- Minimum one year of customer service and administrative support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and working in a lab environment are assets

**Skills**
- Customer service-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and ability to maintain attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Effective in both written and verbal communication
