**Position Summary**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will help coordinate day-to-day activities within our repair department and provide administrative support across other departments as needed. This is a collaborative role requiring clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Scheduling & Coordination**
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching roof repair crews
- Collaborate with management and the admin team to prioritize jobs and adjust schedules
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates as needed
**Customer Communication**
- Provide accurate scheduling information and follow up after service completion
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care
**Emergency Response Support**
- Assist with emergency call handling and dispatch prioritization
- Stay calm and organized under pressure
**Administrative & Office Support**
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and job progress
- Enter and update information in the company CRM
- Support management with administrative tasks such as reporting, meeting prep, and event coordination
- Provide backup to other admin roles when needed
