**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage phone calls, messages, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate employee schedules and shift replacements.
- Support payroll processing and recordkeeping.
- Maintain filing systems and update records.
- Assist with office supply orders and inventory management.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Assist with meeting arrangements and administrative duties.
- On Call on a rotational basis.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Education**: Office Administration Certificate or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in office administration or scheduling.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills with a focus on customer service.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Professionalism & Confidentiality**: Strong attention to detail and privacy compliance.
Pay: $19.27-$24.96 per hour
