This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations while supporting individuals with diverse abilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage phone calls, messages, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee schedules and shift replacements.
  • Support payroll processing and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain filing systems and update records.
  • Assist with office supply orders and inventory management.
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements and administrative duties.
  • On Call on a rotational basis.

**What We’re Looking For**

  • **Education**: Office Administration Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in office administration or scheduling.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills with a focus on customer service.
  • **Organizational Abilities**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • **Professionalism & Confidentiality**: Strong attention to detail and privacy compliance.

Pay: $19.27-$24.96 per hour
