- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ensure employee care partner inquiries are accurately answered in a timely manner
- Maintains the accuracy and up to date human resources records
- Record entry of new hires and ongoing change requests into our payroll System (Ceridian Dayforce)
- Execution of benefits enrollment
- Facilitate RRSP changes through payroll system
- Proactive work ethic, able to ask questions for continued growth
- Provide guidance and support to our care partners in a timely manner
- Provide reports by summarizing information, analyzing and able to pinpoint requirements needed
- Assisting to coordinate, implement, and oversee successful recruitment and retention strategies
- Providing services in a manner that demonstrates the principles of our Mission, Vision, and Values
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of employment law, Alberta Employment standards and Human Rights legislation
- Be the key SME for our service rewards program (OC Tanner)

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from:

- Two-year Post-Secondary Education and or a in the field of Human Resources
- 2+ years of recent human resources generalist experience
- CPHR Designation an asset
- Experience in an HR focused role (Generalist, coordinator, administrator, etc.)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), BambooHR an asset
- 2+ years of recent experience with Benefits
