**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance & Administration, the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative duties, weekly/monthly bookkeeping and providing administrative support to the team.

This individual will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, be a self-starter, and have experience using Microsoft 365. Attention to detail is a must.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

- General administrative duties
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist the Program Manager with KPI reporting
- Manage and track all office equipment
- Credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Payable/
- Provide month-end reports for finance
- Adhoc administrative or bookkeeping duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Post -secondary education in Business Administration or related experience
- 1-3 years related accounting and administrative experience
- Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and able to multi-task
- Strong analytical an problem -solving skills
- Effective written an oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and RRSP matching. A typical workweek is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
