This is an interview position.
GENERAL SUMMARY
To sell all FedEx Portfolio of products/services to both ‘new’ and ‘existing’ customers (primary focus: $1500+ per day plus revenue segment) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives as measured and determined by FedEx) within an assigned territory / vertical market. Responsible for assessing the supply chain distribution needs of our existing and new clients and provide a FedEx multi Opco effective / efficient solution.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent (preferred)
Sales - 4 years commercial sales experience (business to business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role.
Previous experience selling to large Fortune 500 complex and global corporations (preferred)
Has a solid understanding of the FedEx business.
Understands the operating environment, business and economic conditions.
Is organizationally and politically aware.
Facilitates and seeks opportunities to collaborate across functions / departments and breaks down silos/ barriers. Demonstrates influential leadership. Able to build a community of support. Makes every experience with customers and internal clients positive / outstanding.
Executes the operational strategy. Anticipates, prioritizes, plans, initiates and demonstrates decisiveness and proactive action in order to achieve results. Manages time effectively. Takes well informed, calculated risks. Delivers on commitments.
Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills
Regular overnight travel required (5-10%)

Microsoft Word - Basic
Microsoft Power Point - Intermediate
