**The Job**:

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Fiber Processing plant, overseeing the mesmerizing dance of Twisting & Covering.
- Elevate staff performance with your keen oversight and motivational prowess.
- Create and implement systems that track productivity, maintaining high standards and achieving performance targets that ensure a grand return on our assets.
- Be the guardian of company policies and procedures, ensuring they're followed religiously.
- As the casting director, screen, interview, and onboard new hires with a seamless finesse.
- Deliver training and educational materials to the team, refining their skills for the spotlight.
- Maintain the existing plant facilities and equipment, stepping in to replace or fine-tune as the production demands.
- When technical glitches arise, you'll be the go to person who repairs or replaces plant equipment as needed.

**What we need from you**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A show-stopping 7+ years of Plant supervisory/management experience, preferably within the Chemical/Manufacturing arena.
- Your understanding of regulatory requirements in operating plants is rock-solid.
- Your knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation, is like a symphony of efficiency.
- A backstage pass to manufacturing operations, including project planning, cost control, and program management.
- Your Sherlock-level aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational hiccups.
