**Company Profile**:
With over 30 years as an industry leader, Ray-Mont Logistics has eight locations in Canada and USA and continues its growth. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of products.
Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent Bulk Plant Operator to join its vibrant team.
The bulk plant operator is responsible for facilitating the movement of containers, allowing the loading and unloading of trucks and making it possible to feed the work teams at the supply units as well as the operators and handlers in the production plants.
Experience required, but we offer in-house training.
Our company is in constant growth and therefore we can offer long-term job stability.
**Work schedule**:
**Night Shift**: 1pm
- 9pm (With possibility for overtime)
**Specific Tasks**:

- Ensure the wagons are well positioned for unloading;
- Ensure that the unloading of grain is done properly;
- Ensure that containers are prepared and arranged for loading;
- Utilize the computer system during the different stages of the process;
- Carry out cleaning procedures required to avoid contamination;
- Utilize different machines (lifts, loaders, etc.) to facilitate the preparation of operations;

- Physical strengths and abilities;
- Ability to work outside as well as inside;
- Ability to remain standing for shifts of 12 hours;
- Strong manual abilities;
- Knowledge of computers;
- Great learning skills and operational intelligence;
- Exemplary attitude and willingness to move forward career wise;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Capability to work under pressure;
- Team player;

**Benefits**:

- Very competitive salary with annual raise and overtime paid after 40 hours;
- $200 of work clothes provided annually by the company;
- $100 for work boots provided annually by the company;
