**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers development team with any questions in regards to api integration._
- Follow the integration progress of customers/clients._
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management._
- Report generation._
- Reviewing client transactions._
- Process and analyze return files._
**Skills**
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills._
- Knowledge of API integrations._
- Ability to work under pressure._
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills._
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills._
- Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices._
- Ability to learn internal tools and services._
**Comments**
- Should be able to work autonomously as well as in a team._
- Knowledge and ability to create queries in sql databases a plus._
- Some programming knowledge and understanding a plus._
- Ability to move up and lead a team._
- Flexible and great working environment._
- Speak/read/write English fluently._
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
