**Primary Tasks**
- Structure and delegate the workflow for the day
- Answering and servicing incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival
- Provide clients with information about all the products and services we offer
- Provide exceptional customer experience in person and over the phone
- Create and manage appointments
- Maintain and organize documents, invoices, expenses, etc.
- Promptly respond to manager inquiries
- Ensure every client interaction is a great representation of the company and promotes services offered
- Complete the client's check-out process upon departure
- Maintain a clean work environment

**Secondary Tasks**
- Assist with vehicle collection and delivery
- Assist co-workers with their tasks
- Manage inventory
- Run errands (pick up shop supplies, products, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of customer service experience (front desk experience preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Holds a G2 or G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Aligns with the company’s core values and principles
- Demonstrates a strong customer-first mindset
- Maintains a positive attitude, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment
- Builds authentic connections with customers to ensure they feel valued and appreciated
- Adheres strictly to company and client confidentiality policies
- Reliable and dependable, with an excellent attendance record
- Actively supports and contributes to the team’s common goals
- Consistently performs assigned tasks to a high standard
- Presents a professional image through both attire and behavior as a representative of the company
- Will be required to complete a criminal background check

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Potential raise after a 6-month probationary period + monthly bonuses and yearly raise based on performance review.
