**(Part-time) Administrative and Customer Service Associate**
**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:
Assist with ensuring office cleanliness
- Assist office staff with administrative and customer service functions
- Assist Canada Administrator with duties that will include answering the phone and directing phone calls, gathering mail, depositing cheques, DOC Record functions, ordering of office supplies, completing quotations, sales order entry functions, RMA’s
- Assist Toronto Branch Associate (Customer Service) with duties that will include completing quotations, sales order entry, rentals, order follow up functions
- Work with shipping/receiving department to assist with following up on scheduled shipment pick-ups, track Tirak and Fixator hoists
- Work with branch manager to assure warranty claims with vendors have been honoured
- (optional) Deliver orders to customers on occasion
- Perform administrative and customer service duties as necessary during vacation periods
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as needed
**Position Type / Expected Hours of Work**:
Permanent - hourly part time position - minimum 20 hours per week (to start)
Work closely with branch manager to be available to work shifts on short notice
**Preferred Education & Experience**:
- Advanced computers skills, data entry, and Excel
- Valid drivers license
- Team spirit, highly motivated with initiative to support the needs of a distribution center
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments, customers, and freight companies in a professional manner
- Service and detail-oriented
- Organized, flexible, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
