- Someone who is a tech wizard - there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved in this role.
- Experience with our property management system Opera would be beneficial.
- Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience is considered a must.
- Someone who thrives on providing fantastic customer service and isn't afraid to resolve a complaint here or there
- Someone who enjoys training, mentoring and motivating the Front Desk employees.
- Providing support to the Front Desk by assisting with answering phone calls, checking in and out guests, and other typical day to day tasks associated with the Front Desk.
- Providing support to the Front Desk Manager on projects or other tasks as they arise.

Of course, there's a plethora of other job duties and items and the typical day-to-day operations which you'll be responsible for, but those are pretty hard to sum up in a job ad.
