Job Overview

A respected company in the distribution and logistics sector is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at its Regina facility. This is a front-line leadership role for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and thrives in a small, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the warehouse each day, ensuring readiness and security
- Work alongside team members to pick, receive, stage, and ship orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Perform routine stock checks and help monitor inventory accuracy
- Communicate clearly with Customer Service and Sales to support order fulfillment
- Report any inventory, shipment, or delivery issues for resolution
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and equipment is used properly
- Help onboard and train any new or temporary warehouse staff

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting
- Prior leadership experience (e.g. Lead Hand, Shift Supervisor)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with ERP or WMS systems (training provided)
- Safety-conscious, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Forklift certification an asset but not required
