Office Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Overview**
**Expected Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer support and phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions.
- Schedule jobs, meetings, and service appointments
- Obtain and enter client information into scheduling software.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and supplier receipts
- Support bookkeeping tasks with QuickBooks and coordinate with the supervisor/owner.
- Order supplies, organize office spaces, and maintain records
- Follow up with customers for quotes, payments, and feedback
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle filing, documents managements and organization of office.
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial record keeping as needed
**Experience**
- Prior experience in administration, reception, or office coordination.
- Education in business administration and/or administrative professionals would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or FieldPulse platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
- Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Customer service experience with a focus on professional communication and phone etiquette

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
