**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable while managing & processing tenant rent payments (Cash, cheque, EFT etc.).
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Post-secondary education in office administration an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette in a professional setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
