Key Responsibilities required but not limited too:
Front Reception, greet clients/suppliers/visitors in a friendly and courteous manner

Customer Service including answering general inquiries

Answering Phone Calls, direct to appropriate staff members when required

Distribute incoming and outgoing mail

General Administrative Support Work like copying, filing, faxing

Data Entry, Invoicing

Assisting Accounting department with monthly statements and payments

Ability to provide assistant to Purchasing Department as a back up

Pleasant, friendly, upbeat and positive demeanor

Strong attention to detail

MS Office Knowledge

Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as in a team enviroment

Minimum 2 years experience in an Administrative Role an asset but not required
