**Job Description**:
- So, what will your new role look like?_
Please note this is a contract for an employee going on parental leave. The contract length will depend on the start date of the new hire, but it will be at least 1 year from the start date.
The paid media strategist ensures paid media generate enough traffic to increase GSoft's products exposure and business from target audience. Its main focus is to drive acquisition growth through various paid advertising strategies.
Oversees advertisements placement on media platforms and sites.
Implement and execute the media strategy that defines how paid media channels are to be used to increase visibility and traffic of Officevibe and ShareGate's brand and products:
Identify appropriate paid advertisements for Officevibe and ShareGate and target appropriate sectors and demographics such as high-traffic platforms ads
Choose which platforms to pay for in order to ensure a good visibility of Officevibe and ShareGate's products on search engines and portal site strategically aligned with our digital goals
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of ads and advertisements and recommend improvements based on the findings:
- Monitor daily various key performance indicators to interpret data and gauge the success of released initiatives such as traffic and quality of visitors
- Assess the performance of our campaigns by analyzing the ROI and the KPIs
Collaborate with advertising agencies to ensure best possible placement of Officevibe and ShareGate products on the web
Coordinate with internal clients (e.g. head of products, brand strategists, etc.) to source and produce advertising materials
Work with the marketing team to see how buying ads could contribute to the marketing content strategy and to create advertising materials
Conduct regular competitive audits and report on industry trends to find new media opportunities

**What does your future team look like?**
As a paid media strategist at GSoft, you will be a full member of our Demand Generation team. You will be able to count on an extremely talented team of marketers who will be there to help you evolve during your onboarding and beyond.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- 5 years of experience managing media campaigns
- Proficient in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Skilled in monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis and effectively documenting and communicating results
- Desire to learn and ability to conduct independent research to solve problems
- Ability to thrive while working on multiple projects
- Experience with Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B
