What is it like to be a **Paid Media Manager **at IMAGEMOTION? You will have the opportunity to work on various accounts within Fashion, Beauty, CPG and Lifestyle categories and collaborate with our team of Paid Media Specialists, Digital Marketing and Performance marketing team. **Responsibilities**:

- Support in the development and growth of our paid operation and performance marketing department.
- Develop and present custom-designed strategic media recommendations for our customers, including plan implementation, management, and analysis.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their specific business objectives.
- Communicate with agency partners and paid media vendors to develop innovative opportunities that advance our customers’ advertising strategies.
- Oversee client’s campaign objectives, collaborating closely with media buying teams, managing media budgets, and campaign activity reporting.
- Supporting the executive team in new account audits and participate in strategic pitches.
- Guide the team in ongoing optimizations across all active campaigns to increase KPIs.
- Participate in client meetings alongside the executive team.

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry best practices.
- Participate in digital and paid performance marketing workshops and events.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising.
- A strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, Google, TikTok etc.)
- Google Ads Certified or Facebook Certifications are a plus value.
- Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience in Shopify E-Commerce analytics is a plus value.
- Team leadership experience.
