We are looking for someone who is both creative and strategic—and passionate about digital media—to become the voice of TRISTAN online. As our Social Media Strategist, your mission will be to captivate our community, elevate the brand, and turn engagement into measurable results.
Strategic Responsibilities
Develop and execute high-performing social media strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and sales.
Plan, create, and publish content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) while maintaining the brand’s tone and image.
Produce and edit photo/video content (using CapCut or other tools) and coordinate content creation sessions with external partners.
Manage collaborations with content creators and analyze performance outcomes.
Track performance indicators (GA4) and suggest optimizations.
Integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with the blog and newsletters.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay on top of industry trends.
Promote the brand to media outlets and support PR efforts in collaboration with our external agency.
Leverage AI tools to optimize content creation and management.
Contribute to other marketing projects as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of strategic, performance-driven social media management experience.
Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, digital marketing, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney), and social platforms.
Strong skills in writing, communication, data analysis, organization, and priority management.
Creative mindset, team spirit, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in creating and editing social media video content.
Perfect bilingualism to communicate with our clients (French and English, written and spoken).
Availability to travel to Montreal and occasionally abroad.
