We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable **OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR** to join our team & fill the position of **Quoting & Invoicing Specialist**.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Preparing quotations to customers with accurate financial and verbal detailing
- Providing thorough administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintaining efficient electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Performing accurate data entry & proof reading
- Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
- Answering calls from customers & remote employees regarding their inquiries
- Other administration activities as required
- Providing professional & detailed inside sales and customer support for call-in customer
- Effectively engage in research for parts, equipment and labor required for job costing
- Taking initiative to follow up with service technicians & salesmen, on work needed or preformed
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excel in fast paced/ high stress office environment
- Have 2+ years of hands on administrative support
- Be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and cloud drives
- Be knowledgeable in operating standard office equipment
- Display excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Thoroughly prioritize projects and enhanced problem solving skills
- Demonstrate good research skills and attention to detail
- Above average customer service skills and initiative
- Think positively & be solution-oriented
- Excel at task follow-through
- Demonstrate strong team playing abilities
- Maintain good inter-employee relationships & display a desire for conflict resolution
- Possess an Entrepreneurial mind set
- Previous experience in automotive or contracting industries is an asset
- General mechanical background or ability is an asset
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Medonte, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
