Pickard Construction is a privately-owned company with multiple offices across Ontario. We specialize in utility construction, both underground and aerial, in the communication and electrical fields. We offer a wide range of services in these fields including but not limited to directional drilling, plowing, line construction, rock drilling and fibre splicing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Update records by entering data into spreadsheets and/or databases
- Collect, maintain and organize hardcopy and/or electronic records/files
- Co-ordinate and request utility locates for customers and projects
- Billing in customer’s portal
- Answer phones
- Copy and scan documents
- Ordering of Materials
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Administration and locate experience would be an asset
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
This a full-time role Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 4 based in Oro, Ontario. Only qualified applicants will be contacted for interviews.
