Our highly skilled team leads and other team members will provide coaching and guidance to ensure you will be successful in your role. You will be participating in a highly organized training that will be customized to your level of knowledge. You will have great support system from your colleagues.

**What your day will look like**:

- Validate purchase orders (price, parts, pertinent information)
- Enter all purchase orders in the system
- Communicate with the Channel Sales department in order to discuss discrepancies and/or improvements
- Inform customers of any missing information on their purchase orders
- Be the liaison between Channel Sales and Supply Chain department
- Manage Customer Service phone calls
- Complete special projects when assigned

**About you**:

- Bilingual but must be an excellent communicator, verbally and written English
- Highly motivated by a fast pace environment
- At ease with different tools such as Great Plains, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Organized, detail oriented and at ease with different processes
- Positive, assertive, confident, competitive with a tenacious attitude

En tant que Administrateur(trice) des bons d'achats, vous ferez partie de la dynamique équipe de gestion des commandes dont les membres travaillent ensemble afin d’atteindre leurs objectifs. Notre équipe se soucie d’offrir un service à la clientèle optimal en traitant les commandes de manière précise et en temps opportun.

- Entrer tous les bons de commande dans le système

- Agir à titre d’agent de liaison entre le réseau de ventes et le service de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
- Gérer les appels du service à la clientèle

**Votre profil**:

- Vous êtes bilingue mais vous devez être un excellent communicateur, à l’oral et à l’écrit, en anglais
- Vous êtes motivé par un environnement qui évolue à un rythme rapide
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec des outils comme GP, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Vous êtes organisé, minutieux et à l’aise avec différents processus
- Vous êtes positif, sûr de vous, décidé, compétitif et tenace
