About the Team Hiring:

- The Order Operations Team oversees processing orders from the moment they are approved by the sales team in the CRM system until the billing.
- The team ensures the smooth running of orders with suppliers as well as internal orders.

Overview:

- The Order Operations Specialist ensures the proper processing of orders validated by the sales department, the purchase orders and delivery from the supplier and the billing of the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, Mandatory indication, Legal compliance)
- Process order through our internal system
- Check customer delivery
- Customer billing

**Success Indicators**:

- Fast order processing
- No orders left out
- Detection of non-compliant elements
- Checking accuracy of delivering orders
- Correct entry of key elements in internal tools
- Billing on time

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales administration experience

**Nice to have**:

- Accounting experience
- Administrative management experience
- CRM experience

Qualifications:

- Accurate, serious, conscientious, flexible, computer literate
- Autonomy, teamwork, and proactive
- Fluent English speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate worldwide
