The Order Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining order records for the trading team.
- Accurately enter order details into the system for purchase and sales contracts
- Follow through on orders with appropriate departments
- Price shipping tickets for Montreal & Laval;
- Track market prices for orders with a non-fixed price
- Print sales reports by trader
- Keep records of all orders processed organized and up to date for easy access;
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with accuracy and speed;
- Bilingualism (French, English), ;
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude with numbers;
- Autonomy, proactivity and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
