**Role Overview**

We are looking for an **Order Fulfillment Specialist** to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations within our logistics and fulfillment process. You will be responsible for managing online orders, preparing shipments, handling customer updates, and keeping accurate inventory and order records.

This position requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliability. You’ll be working closely with our small team to make sure every order is processed quickly and accurately, helping us maintain the quality of service our customers expect.

- Process daily online orders through Shopify.
- Prepare and verify shipments for fulfillment centers.
- Track orders, handle missing or delayed shipment inquiries, and communicate with shipping partners.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Proficient with Apple (Mac) systems and Google Workspace tools.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
