Order Entry Clerk

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system and maintain order records.
- Verify order details for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Manage filing systems for order documentation and related paperwork.
- Assist in data collection and reporting as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for tracking orders and inventory.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining organized files.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is required; administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using databases and ERP systems for order management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Typing skills with a focus on speed and precision.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and document management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $35,739.70-$40,000.00 per year
