The Kersheh Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Manager of Order Management, the incumbent will play a key role in providing outstanding service to wholesale customers by creating and maintaining customer files and by acting as the liaison between the sales, supply and distribution team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Ensure compliance and monitor changes with regards to customer requirements for products, purchase orders, terms and discounts and all other order related matters
- Support production, shipping and sales and handle third party inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete and submit all the customer item setups to salespeople and/or retailers
- Send Ecommerce paperwork and high-resolution images to the retailer as per customer requirements
- Provide the Production team with sales order sheets, UPC codes and price ticket information to place orders with manufacturers
- Update Available-to-Sell (ATS) Reports
- Support the facilities manager in administrative functions (10% of time)

**What you’ll Need to Succeed in this Role**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual - English and French, written and spoken
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Visual 2000 ERP considered an asset
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experience in the apparel industry considered an asset
- Strong team player
