We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing a first-class experience for our students and their families.

Hours: Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

**Responsibilities**

The Administrative Coordinator will:

- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and prospective members.
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the academy.
- Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage class registrations, attendance tracking, and student records.
- Assist with billing, payments, and membership-related administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate events, testing days, tournaments, and special programs.
- Monitor inventory and assist with uniform/equipment orders and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Prepare and distribute communications such as newsletters, announcements, and reminders.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience.
- Assist in managing social media updates and academy communications, when needed.
- Uphold the academy’s values of respect, discipline, and professionalism in all interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
- Comfortable with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Interest in martial arts, fitness, or youth programs is an asset (not required).
- Social media skills is an asset (not required).
- Graphic design skills is an asset (not required).

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
